About the Role
Develop and lead training sessions to improve players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and mental focus. Supervise and collaborate with coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, and staff to identify and support talented players; provide guidance, feedback, and oversight; and develop individualized and team training plans. Develop match strategies, study opponents, prepare players for games, manage pre-match preparation, in-game adjustments, and post-match review. Lead youth clinics, workshops, and community outreach programs. Maintain effective communication to support a strong and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Sports Management, Sports Education, or related field and 36 months of experience as a Soccer Coach, Coaching Director, or in a closely related role involving soccer team management and player development.
